The 13th annual induction ceremony for the Ohio Military Hall of Fame for Valor Class of 2012 will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. May 4 in Veterans Plaza at the Ohio Statehouse in downtown Columbus.

The 13th annual induction ceremony for the Ohio Military Hall of Fame for Valor Class of 2012 will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. May 4 in Veterans Plaza at the Ohio Statehouse in downtown Columbus.

This year's class includes representatives from the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps who served during World War II, as well as the conflicts in Korea, Vietnam and the Middle East. They have received commendations such as the Navy Cross, the Silver Star, the

Distinguished Flying Cross, the Bronze Star, the Army Commendation Medal and the Navy Commendation Medal.

The ceremony will bring the total number of Ohio Military Hall of Fame for Valor inductees to 218, of whom five have received the Medal of Honor.
