Spaghetti dinner
RCA fundraiser set Sept. 22
The Reynoldsburg Community Association's annual all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner will feature local entertainment and door prizes.
The spaghetti dinner fundraiser is scheduled from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, in the Fellowship Hall at Messiah Lutheran Church, 1200 S. Waggoner Road.
Tickets may be purchased in advance or at the door; the cost is $8 for adults, $6 for seniors older than 55 and $4 for children ages 3-12.
Call Chuck Cochran at 614-580-7218 or Mary Hudson, at 614-866-4888 to reserve tickets.
Cochran, president of the RCA, said the entertainment could include the local band 88 Keys and possibly Mayor Brad McCloud.
"We have asked the mayor to come and sing for us," he said.
Cochran said proceeds from the annual spaghetti dinner support several free community events each year.
"We have two spaghetti dinners each year to raise funds for the Fourth of July parade, the community Halloween party, Christmas on the Towne and other free community events," he said.
Cochran said he hopes people will come out to support the Reynoldsburg Community Association.
"It is a great event and all the money goes back to the Reynoldsburg community," he said.
