Reynoldsburg police are continuing to investigate a Feb. 8 robbery at the Chase Bank branch at 7112 E. Main St.
Reynoldsburg Police Detective Kevin McDonnell said a man walked into the bank and demanded money at a teller’s station at 12:09 p.m. Feb. 8. McDonnell said the teller removed money from a drawer and placed it on the counter. The man grabbed the money and fled, running north toward Kroger and the adjacent shopping strip mall.
He said an alarm company alerted Reynoldsburg police that the robbery had taken place.
The suspect is described a clean-shaven, light-skinned black man with brown eyes, 18-25 years old, weighing about 200 pounds. He was wearing a white-hooded sweatshirt with a green splotched or tie-dye pattern, blue jeans and an orange baseball cap with an orange “F” on the front.
Surveillance cameras got a good photo of the man, which can be viewed at publiceyes.org.
