Reynoldsburg Parks and Recreation, final event in the 2013 American Girl Tea Experience, 2 p.m. Nov. 30, at the Livingston House, 1792 Graham Road. The program will feature Rebecca Rubin, as participants learn about the Jewish celebration of Hanukkah. There is a $15 fee for residents a $20 fee for non-residents. Pickerington Community Chorus, looking for singers to join fall rehearsals, 7 to 8:15 p.m. Tuesdays at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 268 Hill Road N. in Pickerington. This year the chorus will be performing the Christmas portion of Handel's Messiah on Dec. 7. There are no auditions and participants do not need to be a resident of Pickerington to join. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Give thanks. Walk. event, Nov. 23, at Franklin Park Conservatory, 1777 E. Broad St. The event features a family friendly after party, including face painting, Games2U, magician, live music and more from 8 to 9:45 a.m. Registration is free, but participants are forming teams and raising money online at givethankswalk.org to earn incentives. These efforts support St. Jude in finding cures to save children battling cancer and other diseases.
