Reynoldsburg Parks and Recreation, final event in the 2013 American Girl Tea Experience, 2 p.m. Nov. 30, at the Livingston House, 1792 Graham Road. The program will feature Rebecca Rubin, as participants learn about the Jewish celebration of Hanukkah. There is a $15 fee for residents a $20 fee for non-residents. Lancaster Chorale, holiday concert, "A Babe is Born," at 4 p.m. Dec. 1, at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 132 S. High St. in Lancaster The concert will begin with the title selection by William Mathias, featuring organist, Paul Thornock. Other songs on the program include Crown My Heart by James Whitbourn, Crown of Roses...The Legend by Tchaikovsky and Sir David Willcocks' See Amidst the Winter's Snow. Tickets are $20, $15 for senior citizens and $10 for students and military personnel. Those in military uniform will be admitted free of charge. St. Gabriel Radio and Columbus area band Living Water, performance of the concert narrative On a Night Like This, 7 p.m. Dec. 3 in the Matesich Theater on the campus of Ohio Dominican University. On a Night Like This considers the many participants in the story of Jesus' birth. The presentation is open to the public and is appropriate for all age groups. Christmas on the Town, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 7, in Olde Towne Reynoldsburg. Local merchants will offer specials and give-aways for adults and children. Guests can visit with Santa Claus, stop by the Secret Santa Shop, enjoy a carriage ride through Olde Reynoldsburg and sample seasonal treats that are offered throughout the day.

Medicare Counseling, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of the month at Wexner Heritage Village, 1151 College Ave. Volunteer Kathy Markus, a Medicare outreach specialist for the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging, will hold open office hours to discuss enrollment options, prescription drug plans and their benefits, Medicare Advantage plans, financial assistance programs for people with limited incomes and long-term care insurance. The free, confidential, one-on-one service is being offered in partnership with the Ohio Department of Insurance's Senior Health Insurance Information Program. Grace Clinic, free medical clinic, 6 to 8 p.m. the first and third Tuesdays at East Side Grace Brethren, 7510 E. Broad St., Blacklick. The clinic is operated by an all-volunteer staff comprised of three physicians, five nurses, one physical therapist and four administrative staffers. No shots, stitches or pain medicines are administered however visitors can receive help for colds and flu symptoms and monitoring of blood pressure.
