Applicants sought for boards, commissions

Reynoldsburg city leaders are looking for a few good men or women to serve on city boards.

During the finance committee meeting Jan. 6, council discussed appointing Aaron Enfinger to the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals (BZBA) for a three-year term, beginning Jan. 16.

Committee members agreed on the appointment and the full council will vote on it at the Jan. 13 meeting, which will start at 7:30 p.m. at the municipal building, 7232 E. Main St.

Enfinger said he is "honored to serve the city."

"I've been a resident of Reynoldsburg for the past eight years and have worked in the residential construction industry for 16 years," he said. "I know what it takes to build a good building."

Finance committee Chairman Barth Cotner said council needs to fill an additional vacancy on the BZBA and that applicant must be an Independent.

He said there are also vacancies on the Design Review Board and the Housing Council.

Interested individuals should send a letter of interest along with qualifications to Clerk of Council April Beggerow, 7232 E. Main St., Reynoldsburg, 43068.
