Four Reynoldsburg football players sign
The Reynoldsburg High School football team had four players commit to play college football Feb. 6.
Mykel Traylor-Bennett (WR/DB) signed with the University of Akron from the Mid-American Conference and Jeff Jones (OL/DL) signed Morehead State, a Football Championship Subdivision school.
Also committing that day were Daquian Williams (LB) with Notre Dame College in South Euclid and Tre’ Rowe (DB) with California University (Pa.).
Last season, Traylor-Bennett had 20 receptions for 355 yards and four touchdowns in addition to one interception, three tackles for losses and 46 tackles. He was second-team all-district.
Jones recorded 11 tackles for losses and five sacks while making special mention all-district last season.
