Beavercreek at Hilliard Davidson

Davidson will look to get its ground game untracked after being limited to 141 yards rushing by Darby.

Beavercreek, which finished 6-4 last season, also relies heavily on its ground game, as it rushed for more than 2,500 yards last season.

•LAST WEEK — Davidson led Darby 3-0 in the first quarter but was blanked the rest of the way.

Darby scored 17 unanswered points, with running back Caleb Day rushing for 94 yards and two touchdowns on eight carries. Clark led the Wildcats with 57 yards on 11 carries.

Against Carroll, Beavercreek didn't attempt a pass, running the ball 68 times for 411 yards.

Mcafee led the way with 157 yards on 25 carries and a touchdown and Berry ran for 78 yards on nine carries.

Moore scored three touchdowns on short runs on offense and recovered a fumble in the end zone for a touchdown and intercepted a pass to set up another touchdown on defense.

The Beavers held Carroll to 45 total yards.
