Wednesday September 5, 2012 11:20 AM

Jerome is looking for its first win. Following a week one loss to Coffman, the Celtics played better in week two at Beechcroft.

Jerome will look for a good game from senior running back Wilson, a Georgia Tech recruit.

King, a junior, is in his first season as the starting quarterback and continues to get acclimated to his new role.

Delaware has an experienced team with 27 returning letterwinners. Rafeld, who passed for more than 1,000 yards last season, leads the offense.

•LAST WEEK — Marcus Hale threw for 268 yards and ran for 117 to lead Beechcroft over Jerome in its opener.

Jerome's lone touchdown came on special teams, as Tanner Barco returned a blocked punt for a score with less than two minutes remaining in the game.

Edosa Omoruyi rushed for 140 yards and a touchdown to lead Canal Winchester past Delaware. Canal Winchester took a 35-8 lead after three quarters.
