DeSales at Cincinnati Aiken

DeSales had a breakthrough in terms of finishing drives in their 34-0 win over Chillicothe on Sept. 21 as they led 26-0 at halftime. That continued against St. Charles, as they scored a touchdown in each quarter.

Aiken has been shut out each of its last three games and has scored a total of 36 points this season. The Falcons last had a winning season in 2004 when they went 6-4. They are 14-62 since that season.

•LAST WEEK — DeSales turned four St. Charles turnovers into touchdowns and got 115 yards and two touchdowns from Blubaugh in a 28-16 win on Sept. 28.

The teams each had two first-quarter fumbles, but LaShaun Sanders recovered a St. Charles fumble in the end zone for a touchback with 1:20 left in the third quarter and with the Stallions leading 21-10. Alex Perrine was 4-for-8 passing for 57 yards and two touchdowns. Oliver Grimard (32 yards) and Sayyid Kanu (7 yards) each scored on touchdown receptions.
