Hilliard Davidson again received all 11 first-place votes but there were plenty of differences beyond that. There was some movement in the poll as Olentangy and Westerville Central flipped spots with the undefeated Braves now at No. 4.

Marysville's stay in the poll was a short one, falling out after one week at No. 7 and being replaced by Hartley.
