Upper Arlington resident Scott Erenpriess was honored at the Ohio Association of County Boards of MRDD's 25th annual convention, held at the Easton Hilton Hotel Wednesday, Oct. 29.

Upper Arlington resident Scott Erenpriess was honored at the Ohio Association of County Boards of MRDD's 25th annual convention, held at the Easton Hilton Hotel Wednesday, Oct. 29.

Erenpriess, the financial services manager for the Franklin County Board of MRDD, was honored by the statewide agency for his work in creating tools to help all 88 counties better manage the funds needed to care for and educate the 80,000 individuals with developmental disabilities in Ohio.

Dan Ohler, the executive director of OACB, presented Erenpriess with one of three Partners in Excellence awards. This annual award is presented to a staff member who demonstrates exemplary service in offering his or her expertise to a workgroup or specific project that benefits the County Board of MRDD system as a whole.

Erenpriess has worked for the Franklin County Board of MRDD for more than 15 years.
