The fifth annual Educational Forum on Older Adult Issues will take place from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, at First Community Church north campus, 3777 Dublin Road in Hilliard.

The fifth annual Educational Forum on Older Adult Issues will take place from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, at First Community Church north campus, 3777 Dublin Road in Hilliard.

The free event, sponsored by Northwest Counseling Services, will include continental breakfast, resource displays and free box lunches.

The keynote speaker will be local cardiologist Judson S. Milhon Jr., M.D., whose topic is "Keeping Your Heart Healthy." He will address understanding risk factors and making health lifestyle choices.

Resource displays will include local programs and businesses aimed at older adults, including health care, assisted living and housing options. The event is intended to be of use to older adults, family caregivers and professionals.

Social workers and counselors will be awarded 1.5 continuing educational units.
