The American Cancer Society Discovery Shop, an upscale resale boutique in Kenny Centre Mall, is in need of volunteers.

The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Wednesdays until 8 pm. Volunteers are needed any time, but there is a special need for help on Wednesday from 4:40 to 8 p.m., as well as for Saturday shifts, 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 1:30 to 5 p.m.

Help is needed at the front desk for customer service and sales, and in the back room receiving and sorting donations. Volunteers who have special talent in merchandise display are also welcome.

There is a volunteer discount on most items.

All profits of the Discovery Shop go to cancer research and programs.
