Paul A. Colbert has been reappointed to chair the Public Utilities Committee. He recently joined the energy practice at Jones Day.

Pamela S. Krivda, of Krivda Law Offices LLC, has been reappointed to chair the Labor and Employment Committee. She practices in the areas of management-side employment, labor law and litigation.

Amy Mass has been reappointed to chair the Insurance Staff Counsel Committee. She is currently the managing attorney of the Ohio and Indiana staff counsel offices of The Hanover Insurance Group.

James McGovern, of Graff & Associates LPA, has been reappointed to chair the Administrative Law Committee. His law practice is focused on administrative law, primarily defending the interests of professionals in their dealings with regulatory boards, employers and other entities.

J. Donald Mottley, of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, has been reappointed to chair the Taxation Committee. In 1992, he was elected to the Ohio House of Representatives, where he served on the Ways & Means Committee, and later became its chair.

Justin Ristau has been appointed to chair the Banking, Commercial and Bankruptcy Law Committee. He is the vice chair of Bricker & Eckler LLP's Creditor Rights & Bankruptcy Group.

Paul Skendelas has been appointed to chair the Juvenile Law Committee. He is an assistant public defender for Franklin County, and a founding board member of the Court-Appointed Special Advocates Program of Franklin County.
