In accordance with Section XI of the Charter of the City of Upper Arlington, President Frank Ciotola has called a Special Meeting of the City Council for Tuesday, July 5, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., in the Lower Level Conference Room of the Municipal Services Center, 3600 Tremont Road.

This Special Council Meeting has been called for the purpose of considering the following:

1. Roll Call

2. Executive Session Personnel Matters as it relates to the appointment of a public employee

(a) Motion to go into Executive Session for the purposes of discussing Personnel Matters as it relates to the appointment of a public employee

(b) Vote to go into Executive Session for the purposes of discussing Personnel Matters as it relates to the appointment of a public employee (by roll call vote)

3. Motion to Convene into Regular Session

(a) Motion to convene into Regular Session

(b) Vote to convene into Regular Session

4. Adjournment
