Patrons of the Riverside Drive McDonald's can get a snack and help out the Upper Arlington Senior Center at the same time.

The senior center has partnered with McDonald's to raise funds to purchase a new exercise machine, a Nu-Step recumbent cross-trainer, for its fitness studio. Continuing through December, the third Tuesday of every month, from 4-7 p.m., will be Senior Center Night at the McDonald's restaurant, 3746 Riverside Drive.McDonald's will contribute 10 percent of total sales receipts to the senior center's cause.

Those unable to go to the restaurant, but who wish to donate, can do so by sending a check payable to Upper Arlington Senior Association (marked "Nu-Step Fund") to Upper Arlington Senior Association, 1945 Ridgeview Road, Upper Arlington 43221.

The fundraiser nights are Sept. 20, Oct. 18, Nov. 15 and Dec. 20.
