• Someone broke out a glass sliding door sometime between 8 p.m. Sept. 18 and midnight Sept. 19 at a residence in the 1900 block of Hillside Drive.

• An Upper Arlington man reported that someone had forged a check for $16,000 against his father’s checking account sometime between 7 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. Sept. 10.

• A woman was allegedly hit several times in the face and head at 6 p.m. Sept. 25 by someone she knew in a parking lot in the 2400 block of Brandon Road.

• Someone broke into a residence in the 2500 block of Canterbury Road sometime between 10 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. Sept. 23, and stole about $2,400 of computer equipment. According to police reports, someone also removed a roll of toilet paper from the residence’s bathroom and defecated behind the property’s detached garage.

• A woman reported that a bag of items she had purchased, valued at about $150, was stolen from her residence in the 1400 block of Ridgeview Road sometime between 10 a.m. Sept. 21 and 12:10 p.m. Sept. 22.

• A mortar mixer valued at about $3,000 was stolen from a business parking lot in the 2100 block of Riverside Drive sometime between 4 p.m. Aug. 28 and 8 a.m. Sept. 21.

• Employees of a business in the 1900 block of W. Henderson Road discovered that between 10 a.m. and 4:39 p.m. Sept. 21, someone placed Styrofoam cups inside the urinals of a store bathroom. A suspect listed in police reports “has a history of this type of behavior and performing the same tasks to possibly retrieve urine from a urinal.” Police are reviewing store video footage.

• A walkie-talkie valued at $3,905 was reported stolen or lost from an Upper Arlington division of fire vehicle on July 27. The walkie-talkie has been deactivated.

• Someone broke out a window of a residence in the 5200 block of Hampton Lane sometime between noon and 5:30 p.m. Sept. 20 and stole a television valued at about $1,000.

• Someone broke into a residence in the 4000 block of Lyon Drive between 2:50 and 3:08 a.m. Sept. 20 and stole a Cadillac Escalade. The vehicle was later recovered in Columbus.

• A woman woke at 1:33 a.m. Sept. 20 to find two strangers in her residence in the 2500 block of Woodstock Road. The woman shut herself in her bedroom, and the two men were gone when police arrived. Nothing was reported stolen, but the woman’s television was found to be unplugged.

• A utility trailer was stolen from a parking lot in the 2800 block of Zollinger Road sometime between 9 p.m. Sept. 15 and 7 a.m. Sept. 16.

• Personal items valued at about $1,700 were stolen between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. Sept. 15 from a vehicle parked in the 1700 block of Lane Avenue.
