The "Book BINGO Winter Reading Club" runs through Feb. 15 at all three UA libraries. Pick up a bingo card and complete it by Feb. 17 to be eligible for prize drawings. For babies through grade 12.

* Come to the first concert in the Live at the Library series at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30, when "The Andy Shaw Band" takes the stage in the Friends Theater. Enjoy music from local musicians each Thursday through Feb. 27.

* Children ages 6 and up are invited to meet the cast from "Columbus Children's Theatre: Arthur and the Magic Sword" at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 1. Free tickets are required and available at the Youth Services Desk.

* The library will host another "eBook and eReader Q &A" from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1. Bring your device and learn how to download free eBooks from the library's collection. Please register.

* The library will host an "Open House for Parents of UA Kindergartners and First-Graders" at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4. Learn about the services offered specifically for young school-aged children.

* Join Rebecca Riley for a "Shadow Puppet Workshop" at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5. For grades three through 12. Registration is required.

* Travel guru Gene Gilliom returns to present "Exploring the Pearls of the Adriatic" at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5. See slides and hear stories of Croatia and Montenegro, which are becoming popular tourist destinations.

* The "Youth Chess Club" meets at 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6. For grades three through six. Registration is required.

* The Live at the Library series continues at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, with a performance by "The Saturday Giant." He uses looping technology to create live feeds of different instruments that allow him to build complex music as a solo act. Don't miss this unique performance.

* "Winter Storytimes" run through Feb. 27.
