Tessa Tuttle, 4, makes a spin art shirt with the help of Upper Arlington Recreation Superintendent James Gant during the Good Messy Fun program at Fancyburg Park on Thursday, July 31.

The shirts were clipped to a board attached to a large fan and the children would squirt paint on them as they spun around. The program was put on by the Upper Arlington Parks and Recreation Department.
