A nontraditional production of Shakespeare's "Julius Caesar' will be staged Nov. 6-8 and Nov. 14 and 15 at Otterbein College.

The year is 4000 A.D. Gender roles have changed, and the fighting between democracy and tyranny is intense. This is the premise of the Ed Vaughan-directed production.

Tickets are $15 each and can be reserved by calling the college box office at (614) 823-1109. The office is open from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and one hour before performances in Cowan Hall, 30 S. Grove St.

The opening night performance on Thursday, Nov. 6, begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be followed by a reception. All other performances begin at 8 p.m. The production is not recommended for children under high school age.
