Todd Slaven and Courtney Stanaway, both of Westerville, graduated from the University of Cincinnati in August 2009.

Slaven earned a bachelor of arts degree, and Stanaway received a bachelor of science degree in chemical technology.

Sarah Kelley of Westerville is completing her student teaching requirements through the Ashland University Department of Teacher Education. She is teaching at Montgomery Elementary School.

Kelley, the daughter of Steven and Lizabeth Kelley, is majoring in intervention specialist education.

Ashland University student Joseph Panzica of Westerville is a member of the Ashbrook Scholar program.

Scholars are selected based on academic and personal merit and must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.0.

The John M. Ashbrook Center for Public Affairs promotes the research and discussion of the principles and practices of American constitutional government and helps prepare students for careers in the public and private sector.

Panzica is the son of Andrea and Joseph Panzica. He is majoring in history.

Westerville resident Lindsey Fay Stone recently graduated magna cum laude from Miami University. She earned a bachelor of arts degree.
