Jeffrey Copeland of Westerville has been appointed to the board of directors of National Church Residences.

Jeffrey Copeland of Westerville has been appointed to the board of directors of National Church Residences.

He is the chairman/CEO of Elford Inc.

Copeland earned a bachelor of science degree from Purdue University and a master of business administration degree from Xavier University.

He is affiliated with several professional engineering societies.

Copeland is registered as a civil professional engineer in Ohio, Virginia and Indiana, and is also a registered forensic engineer.

He is also an active member of the community and has volunteered for organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America, Columbus Rotary and Junior Achievement of Central Ohio.


Robert Campbell of Westerville has been promoted to creative director for Victoria's Secret.

According to the announcement from Limited Brands Inc., he will oversee the creative direction of brand and creative services for Victoria's Secret Stores.

Before joining Limited Brands two years ago, Campbell was art director for Eddie Bauer. He also has held positions with Lane Bryant, Express, Structure and Urban Outfitters.

Campbell earned a bachelor's degree from the Columbus College of Art and Design.

Jessica A. Mager of Westerville was recently named an "Ohio Rising Star 2009."

She is an attorney with the law firm of Chester Willcox & Saxbe LLP.
