The Otterbein University Department of Music will host a concert by WindWorks at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, in Riley Auditorium of the Battelle Fine Arts Center.

The Otterbein University Department of Music will host a concert by WindWorks at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, in Riley Auditorium of the Battelle Fine Arts Center.

The ensemble of area musicians, conducted by Christopher Weait, will perform a program of music from the 19th century, including works by Johannes Brahms and John Philip Sousa. Soprano soloist Christine Mortine will join WindWorks in a performance of songs well-known around the American Civil War period.

This concert is free and open to the public.
