The Westerville Sertoma Club will sponsor its Rudolph Run 5K Sunday, Dec. 4, followed by a holiday parade.

The Westerville Sertoma Club will sponsor its Rudolph Run 5K Sunday, Dec. 4, followed by a holiday parade.

The run/walk will begin at 1:15 p.m.; registration begins at noon. The route begins on Brooksedge Boulevard in the west parking lot of the Chase Building. The route will end at St. Paulís Catholic Church. Buses will be available to transport participants back to the starting line after the run.

The entry fee is $20, which includes a hat and Rudolph nose. Registration may be completed online at www.columbusrunning.com or in person the day of the race.

Immediately following the Rudolph Run, the club will sponsor this yearís Childrenís Christmas Parade.

The parade will begin in the east parking lot of the Chase Building off Park Meadow Road, then head west/north on Brooksedge Boulevard to Schrock Road. The route will proceed to State Street and north through old Westerville, and will end at St. Paulís Church.

Canned goods for Westerville Caring and Sharing will be collected during the parade.

Groups and organizations that would like to participate in the parade may fill out a registration form online at www.westervillesertoma.org.

Children may bring a letter to Santa and deliver it during the parade. Santa will reply to any letter that contains a return address.
