Even less than half-price
Anna and Audrey Swepston, new kindergarten students at Hawthorne Elementary, peruse some of the free books available at Hawthorne's Back-to-School Days. Through a donation by Half Price Books, Hawthorne students were able to choose a couple of free books to take home while their parents returned forms, paid school fees, and found out who their children will have for their homeroom teachers this year during Back-to-School Days. Hawthorne's new third-grade teacher Katie Ensell organized the event.
