The Whitehall Division of Police is seeking assistance from the public in identifying two men who allegedly robbed Little Caesar’s Pizza at gunpoint Aug. 2.

Whitehall police reported two men entered Little Ceasar’s Pizza, 4347 E. Main St., at 10:57 p.m.

One of the men pointed a gun at employees and ordered them to lie on the floor while the other man went behind the counter to access the safe, police said.

As part of the continuing investigation, police are not disclosing whether anything was taken from the safe, Whitehall police Detective Jonathan Earl said.

Police released still images from a video camera that clearly recorded the suspects.

The man who accessed the safe is described as a black male, about 18 to 24 years old, thin and with a possible goatee. He was last seen wearing dark jeans and a gray hoodie.

The second man, who had the gun, is described as heavier than the first man but about the same age. He was last seen wearing dark-gray sweatpants and a dark hoodie with a baseball cap underneath.

Anyone with information about the suspects is asked to call 614-545-9697 or email jonathan.earl@whitehall-oh.us.
