Tuesday October 29, 2013 11:19 AM

Whitehall police arrested a 25-year-old man for aggravated menacing, criminal damaging and possession of marijuana at 10:45 p.m. Oct. 20 on Fairway Boulevard.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance. A woman told police the father of a child had kicked open a door and destroyed furniture.

According to the report, the man was angry because the woman had returned from a hospital without giving birth to their child.

The man also allegedly shoved the woman and, upon exiting the apartment, displayed a gun tucked in his waistband and said he had "something for everyone."

About three hours later, he returned and began arguing with tenants. Police were called and arrested the man, who also was in possession of marijuana.

While at jail, during a subsequent search, police found a substance believed to be crack cocaine.
