What about an audiobook to entertain you on your 9-hour drive? Wouldn't it be nice if you could just download one from the Internet and load it into your MP3 player or PDA, or burn it to CD -- for free? Now you can. Worthington Libraries has just what you're looking for.

From the classic vampire movie "Nosferatu" to Debbie Macomber's Cedar Cove series on audiobook, Digital Downloads, formerly known as the Mid-Ohio Library Digital Initiative (MOLDI), offers access to thousands of audiobook, eBook, music and online video titles.

The Digital Downloads collection includes popular fiction titles from authors like Nora Roberts, Charlaine Harris, Michael Connelly and Meg Cabot. Browse through the new releases section to see the latest offerings from Dan Brown, Rebecca Wells and Sophie Kinsella.

Also available for download are audiobooks and eBooks on a variety of non-fiction topics such as business, history and self-improvement. In fact, there are over 4,300 audiobooks in Digital Downloads for you to peruse.

All Worthington Libraries locations now have a station where you can download audiobooks and music to your MP3 player quickly and easily. Don't know how? Don't worry; staff will be happy to walk you through the download process. Digital Download stations offer anyone with a Worthington Libraries library card a free and legal way to get their digital media to go.
