Worthington Police are asking that residents be aware of their surroundings in light of four home break-ins that have occurred in the past two to three weeks. Each incident happened during daylight hours.
Police believe the suspects knock on doors. If someone answers, they ask for a fictitious person. If no one answers, they break in. Some entries have been made through front doors, some through side or rear doors. Televisions, computers and jewelry have been stolen.
Police ask residents to call if they notice strangers in their neighborhoods.
