On Sept. 13 at 8:30 a.m., police stopped a pick-up truck on High Street at Broadmeadows on a traffic violation. The truck had been stolen in Goshen, Ind.

On Sept. 10, a resident of the 500 block of Loveman Avenue was cited for having two unlicensed/inoperable vehicles in the driveway. The person had been cited for the same violation in July 2006.

On Sept. 9 between 3:45 p.m. and 4:20 p.m., a credit card and cash were stolen from a wallet in an unattended band room at Thomas Worthington High School.

On Sept. 8 at 1:10 p.m., a student removed an iPod from another student who was walking down the hallway at Thomas Worthington High School. A suspect was identified and charged with an unrelated drug offense.

On Sept. 10 at 10 a.m. at Worthington Square, a juvenile was observed reaching through the partially-open window of a vehicle and taking an iPod. A witness provided a good description, then called police later when he saw the suspect at the skatepark. The youth admitted the theft, returned the iPod, and was charged and released to his mother.

On July 10, a resident of the first block of East South Street reported the theft of two bicycles.

On Sept. 9 at 2 p.m., police arrested a student at Thomas Worthington High School for possession of marijuana.

On Sept. 8 at 5:22 p.m., two persons stole items from Kroger at Worthington Square.

On Sept. 16 at 10:10 p.m., someone stole a bag of groceries from Kroger at Worthington Square.

On Sept. 16 between 10:40 a.m. and 12:15 p.m., someone broke into a vehicle in the lot at Thomas Worthington High School. A dashboard radio was stolen.
