On Sept. 26 between 1 a.m. and 4 p.m., an iPod and a GPS unit were stolen from a vehicle in the 5600 block of Indianola Avenue.

A resident of the 6700 block of Schreiner Street reported that someone gained entry to his e-mail address book and contacted his friends, asking for money.

On Sept. 25 at 9:32 p.m., a juvenile pulled a fire alarm at the United Methodist Children's Home.

On Sept. 23, a resident of the 200 block of Chaucer Court was issued a court summons for parking a commercial vehicle in the driveway. The resident has been warned previously. A complaint was initiated by neighbors.

On Sept. 23 at 5 p.m., a resident of the 6600 block of Rieber Street found five live Winchester .357 rounds in his yard. They may have been placed there by a problem employee, he said.

Overnight on Sept. 20, a wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 300 block of Crandall Drive.
