From the United Methodist Children's Home: On March 22, a 12-year-old resident assaulted a staff member. On March 29, a 15-year-old boy smashed a drawer. On March 22 between 7:30 a.m. and 5:38 p.m., someone broke into a residence in the 600 block of Seabury Drive by cutting a rear window screen and prying the window. Personal papers, a camera, computer and a television were stolen. A cell phone was stolen from an unlocked vehicle at the flood plains on March 20. Westerville Police notified a Worthington woman that they had arrested a woman who had in her possession one of the Worthington woman's checks. It had been placed in an overstuffed outbound mailbox on Short Street. On March 28, someone broke a window of a vehicle in the 300 block of Park Boulevard.
