On May 17 at 1:10 p.m. at Oxford and South streets, a motorist reported that he was stopped behind a pickup truck that did not move. He got out of his vehicle to speak with the driver, who threatened him, then backed into his vehicle and fled. Witnesses got the truck driver's license plate number and police went to his home and charged him with menacing.
