Overnight on Sept. 19, someone stole four newly planted bushes from a side yard.

On Sept. 20 at 9:47 a.m., police were called to the corner of Evening Street and Larrimer Avenue on a report of two people sleeping in the grass. They were both students at Thomas Worthington High School. One was a girl who had taken an overdose of prescription pills. She was transported to Riverside Hospital by Worthington medics.

On Sept. 21, a bomb threat was written in a boys' restroom at Thomas Worthington High School. School officials believed the person responsible was the same student who had written a similar message last year. At the request of school officials, no action was taken.

On Sept. 24 at 7:30 a.m., a student at Thomas Worthington High School reported finding a pill in his box of cereal.

On Sept. 22, a man reported that his son, who is a resident of the United Methodist Children's Home, was bitten by another student 11 or 12 times and no corrective action was taken.
