• On Dec. 24 at 1:30 p.m. at Jos. A. Banks at the Shops at Worthington Place, someone stole a portable alarm sensor. Three teens who were in the store are suspected.

• On Dec. 28, the city charged a resident of the 100 block of Northigh Drive with failure to maintain the property in compliance with the property maintenance code. Charges were filed by the city building inspector.

• On Dec. 28, a business in the 6500 block of Huntley Road received a package of suspected illegal narcotics.

• On Dec. 28 at the U.S. Bank, 688 High St., an ATM customer discovered a scanner attached to the ATM. The customer removed it and gave it to a bank employee.

• On Dec. 29 at 6:12 a.m., someone threw a rock through a window of a dental practice in the first block of Caren Avenue. Entry was made and computer equipment and cameras were stolen.

• On Dec. 31 at Audacious, a shop in the Shops at Worthington Place, credit cards and cash were stolen from a purse in an office. The cards were used to purchase gift cards in the Marion and Lewis Center areas.

• On Dec. 23, two vehicles in the parking lot at Villa Nova, 5545 N. High St., were entered by smashing windows. Various items were stolen.
