Someone broke into the Verizon Wireless store, 5625 N. High St., at 10 p.m. Jan. 15. Entry was made by breaking a front door, according to police. Phones and tablets valued at $4,784 were reported stolen.

Overnight on Jan. 14, someone broke into an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of Abbot Avenue. A stereo head unit and cigarettes were reported stolen.

Two attempts have been made to break in to the Ohio Community School Consultants office, 65 E. Wilson Bridge Road. At 5:30 a.m. Jan. 1 and at 11:30 p.m. Jan. 18, someone attempted to pry open the doors. Both attempts were caught on surveillance.

Overnight on Jan. 14 in the 6800 block of Halligan Avenue, a laptop and a bag were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

On Jan. 14 or 15 in the first block of East Wilson Bridge Road, someone broke a window of a vehicle and stole a purse.
