* Adam Schlenker's Family Tree, a concert of acoustic music presented by "whoever shows up for dinner," will be featured at 8 p.m. Thursday, June 20. Tickets are $8 online, $10 at the door, $5 for students, free for children under age 12.

* The MAC writers group meets from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every other Friday. Read, share and offer feedback. The next session will be Sunday, June 23.

* The MAC will host the 2012 Governor's Region 1 Youth Art Exhibit through Sunday, June 23. The adjudicated exhibit is open to all Ohio high school students and is sponsored by the Ohio Department of Education.

* Parenting: The Agony and the Ecstacy, a light-hearted program featuring staged readings by Cosby, Seuss and many more, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 26. Cast includes Jon Cook, Bronwynn Hopton, Ellen Stukenberg and Alan Sipple. Wine and dessert are included in the ticket price of $8 online, $10 at the door and $5 for students. Children under age 12 admitted free.

* Coffee House Jams are held at the MAC from 6 to 9 p.m. every Tuesday. Grab a cup of coffee, fire up a laptop or just hang out in the gallery and listen to music. Ohio Fingerstyle Guitar Club leads on the first and third Tuesdays. Matt Ellis and the jazz orchestra "Standard Time" will perform on the second Tuesday of every month. Adam Schlenker and his guitar take over on fourth Tuesdays.

* Fourth of July Celebration at the MAC, 5 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, July 4. Lots of music, held in conjunction with the Worthington Family Picnic in the MAC parking lot. Live music, the GrooveU One Take Wonder recording studio (try your hand) and more. Drinks in the tented area.
