Old Worthington Library is located at 820 High St., Northwest Library is located at 2280 Hard Road and Worthington Park Library is located at 1389 Worthington Centre Dr. Call 614-807-2626.

* Old Worthington Library and Worthington Park Library's homework help centers are open Mondays-Thursdays from 3:30-6:30 p.m. The Northwest Library center is open from 4-7 p.m., Mondays-Thursdays. Each center has dedicated computers, courtesy printing of homework-related materials and library staff and volunteers to help students with school assignments

* Old Worthington Library's Thursday Morning Book Discussion Group will consider chapters 1-20 of Ken Follett's Fall of Giants at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 22.

* A Columbus Museum of Art docent will visit Old Worthington Library at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 22, to discuss Artful Reading, a method the museum uses to teach visitors to "read" paintings.

* During Fun with Words, children ages 2-5 will play games and participate in activities that can help develop early literacy skills. The Ready to Read workshop starts at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, at Old Worthington Library.
