Josh King, 7, was the winner of the bicycle prize drawing at Worthington Park Library following the Worthington Libraries' 2013 Summer Reading League.

Worthington Libraries recently held prize drawings at the conclusion of its 2013 Summer Reading League.

Readers of all ages were eligible for prizes if they completed minimum league requirements.

Those completing the league also qualified for free tickets to a Columbus Clippers home game.

Prize drawings were held at all three library locations.

Three bicycles went to area youth who completed 12 hours or more of reading. Riley Chase was the winner of the bike raffle at Old Worthington Library, while Sanju Nandimalla and Josh King received the bikes at Northwest and Worthington Park, respectively.

More than 2,900 kids age 11 and under were eligible for the bike drawings.

Teens had to read for at least 18 hours to be eligible for drawings for one of three iPod touches. More than 400 qualified. The winners were Katherine Miller at Old Worthington, Emma Roberts at Northwest and Jameila Brown at Worthington Park.

The 2013 Summer Reading League was fully funded by the Friends of Worthington Libraries.
