After School Program

Classes for the fall term of the after school pProgram for elementary school children living within the Worthington City School District will begin either the last week of September or the first or second week of October. Registration begins Sept. 16.

Academic Enrichment classes include:

* Bricks4Kidz LEGOClub for grades K -6 -- Evening Street (Monday), Wilson Hill (Tuesday), Worthington Hills (Wednesday) and Liberty (Thursday).

* Books for Young Cooks for grades 1-6 -- Colonial Hills (Tuesday)

* Fun with Science & Nature for grades 1-6 -- Worthington Estates (Wednesday).

* Origami Projects for grades 4-6 -- Evening Street (Thursday).

* Origami Math for grades 4-6 -- Kilbourne Middle School (Friday).

* Animation Class for grades 3-6 -- Worthington Hills (Monday).

* Keynote Kids for grades 1-6 -- Brookside (Tuesday), Evening Street (Wednesday) and Bluffsview (Thursday).

* Beginning Spanish for grades 2-6 -- Wilson Hill (Monday), Granby (Wednesday) and Bluffsview (Thursday).

* Beginning French for grades 1-6 -- Kilbourne Middle School (Monday).

Arts and Entertainment classes include:

* Young Rembrandts Art Classes for grades 1-6 -- Bluffsview, Granby, and Liberty (Monday); Evening Street, Worthington Hills, and Worthington Park (Tuesday); Colonial Hills, Wilson Hill and Worthington Estates (Wednesday); and Brookside and Slate Hill (Thursday).

* Fall Magic for grades K-6 -- Kilbourne Middle School (Friday).

Recreation classes include:

* Tae Kwon Do -- Worthington Estates (Monday, open to children and their parents).

* Karate for grades K-6 -- Bluffsview (Tuesday), Sutter Park (Wednesday), Worthington Park (Thursday) and Granby (Friday).

* Beginning Archery for grades 4-8 -- Bluffsview (Wednesday).

* Advanced Archery for grades 4-8 -- Bluffsview (Wednesday).

Space is limited in most classes, so early registration is encouraged.
