Someone stole furniture company's truck

A company truck was stolen from a furniture business in the 400 block of Schrock Road overnight Oct. 20.

The vehicle is a 1999 Ford Econoline van.

A remote starter and alarm were stolen from a vehicle that had been dropped off for service at an automobile dealership in the 700 block of East Granville Road. The theft occurred overnight on Oct. 25.

In other Worthington Division of Police incident reports:

* A check was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 300 block of North Selby Boulevard overnight Oct. 25.

* On Oct. 25, police received a report that a 16-year-old had run away from his home on Colonial Avenue. He was located in South Carolina.

* A resident of the 600 block of Hartford Street reported the theft of prescription medications while she was in the hospital recovering from a broken leg. The date of occurrence is listed as between May 24 and Oct. 17.

* A patient at a treatment facility in the 400 block of East Wilson Bridge Road was transported to Netcare at the request of staff at 2:55 p.m. Oct. 25.

* A person who came to the police station to report suicidal thoughts was transported to Netcare at 12:33 a.m. Oct. 26.
