Next up in the Music Series at St. John's Episcopal Church in Worthington is a family concert, "Rhymes, Lullabies and Letters, Oh My!" at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8.

Sopranos Rebecca Freshwater and Maribeth Crawford have created a program centered on songs for children.

Puppets and interactive moments will entertain children throughout the concert, while adults can appreciate the musicianship of the two classical singers.

Featured works include I Hate Music by Leonard Bernstein, Songs of Innocents by Aaron Jay Kernis and Childhood Fables for Grownups by Irving Fine.

Also included, with permission, is James D. Cram's unpublished song cycle, Children's Letters to God.

Admission is free, but a freewill offering will be taken to support the Music Series.

St. John's is located at 700 High St. in Worthington, on the southeast corner of the Olde Worthington Village Green.
