Woman calls cops on boyfriend; both arrested on warrants

Two residents ended up being arrested after a woman resident of the 400 block of Pittsfield Drive called police to report her boyfriend was drinking and would not leave.

The call came in at 2 p.m. on Dec. 7.

When police arrived, they discovered both the woman and the boyfriend had outstanding warrants and arrested them.

In other Worthington police incident reports:

•Patients from two mental-health facilities were transported to Netcare in Columbus after they were reported to be in crisis Dec. 4.

The first call came from Aspen Community Living, 406 E. Wilson Bridge Road, at 2:42 p.m. The second came from the United Methodist Children's Home, 1033 High St., at 5 p.m.

•Property was stolen from a parked car in the 400 block of East North Street sometime overnight Dec. 4.

•Sometime overnight Dec. 7, someone shattered the window of a vehicle in the first block of East Granville Road. Miscellaneous items were taken.

•A resident in the 5600 block of Emerson Avenue reported someone had obtained his or her credit-card information and used it to charge a $507 purchase.

•A business in the 600 block of High Street experienced shoplifting during business hours between Dec. 2 and 7.
