Jewish Community Center of Greater Columbus, Old Columbus Jews Telling Jokes-karaoke-style joke fest, 8 p.m. Jan. 18, at the JCC, 1125 College Ave. The event honors the life and comedy of the late Sam Gordon, a jokester and JCC regular. Emcee Marcie Golden will tell a few of her own jokes in between introducing other performers. A cash bar and refreshments will be available. Guy's Night: Men Supporting Men, 6:30 p.m. Feb. 11, at Cancer Support Community, 1200 Old Henderson Road. The group, facilitated by Larry Walters, Bryan Loveless and Ricky Kitchen, will focus on male-specific cancers and other cancer diagnoses.
