After helping the Thomas Worthington High School field hockey team win the state championship last November, seniors Lauren Geiser, Sam Kuehnl and Cami Mullins each signed Feb. 1 to play collegiately.

Mullins signed with Robert Morris, Kuehnl signed with Central Michigan and Geiser signed with Slippery Rock.

Kuehnl and Mullins each became key players as freshmen and Geiser was a starter since her sophomore season.

Geiser and Kuehnl each earned all-state and all-Central Ohio Field Hockey League honors last season. Mullins scored the only goal with 14 minutes, 25 seconds left in the first half of the Cardinals’ 1-0 victory over Cincinnati St. Ursula in a state semifinal last season.
