A Hilliard Weaver Middle School teacher who resigned earlier this week was charged on Thursday with inappropriately touching a student who had been babysitting for him. David Ribar, 47, of Dayspring Drive in Hilliard, is charged with a single count of sexual imposition, a third-degree misdemeanor, that accuses him of touching the 14-year-old girl's thigh in a sexual manner as he drove her home on Sept. 18.

Hilliard police on Thursday, Jan. 28, arrested a former Weaver Middle School teacher on one count of sexual imposition, a third-degree misdemeanor, in connection with an “inappropriate relationship” with a 14-year-old girl.
