Robotics team competing at high level in rookie year

The New Albany-Plain Local School District's first robotics team, Team All-In Robotics, is scheduled to compete in the World Championship of the FIRST Robotics Competition from April 22 to 25 in St. Louis.

Busing ends for hundreds of New Albany school kids

The school buses didn’t show up yesterday, not to get Tracy Hohman’s girls or Ruth Bank’s daughter or Theresa Halpern’s three children. There were 10 fewer routes, 10 drivers out of a job. Students within 2 miles of their school had to walk or get a ride. About a quarter of the district’s 4,800 kids needed to make new arrangements.
