Olentangy superintendent to retire in August

Olentangy Local Schools Superintendent Wade Lucas plans to retire from his post Aug. 31, after overseeing six years of growth in the Delaware County district. Since 2009, Lucas, 54, has led the district, which has been among the state’s fastest growing.
