Whitehall police announced Wednesday, Oct. 22, a Whitehall City School District bus driver has been charged after allegedly assaulting two students.

A Whitehall school bus driver is accused of assaulting one child on his bus route and restraining another with a strap. Christopher Litostansky, 48, of 1031 Bernhard Rd., was charged last week with two counts of endangering children, one count of assault and one count of unlawful restraint, all misdemeanors.
