More charges filed against Whitehall school bus driver

A Whitehall school-bus driver is in more trouble after investigators uncovered another incident in which he is accused of tying down a student’s legs. Christopher Litostansky, 48, of Whitehall, was charged with an additional misdemeanor count each of assault, endangering children and unlawful restraint. The new charges came on Tuesday, after Whitehall police reviewed video shot on Litostansky’s bus, Sgt. Dan Kelso said.

Whitehall school bus driver charged with assault, restraining students

A Whitehall school bus driver is accused of assaulting one child on his bus route and restraining another with a strap. Christopher Litostansky, 48, of 1031 Bernhard Rd., was charged last week with two counts of endangering children, one count of assault and one count of unlawful restraint, all misdemeanors.
